3. Payment and Billing: Payment for services must be made in accordance with the billing cycle you choose at the time of subscription. In case of failed payments or chargebacks, Unifeld Servers reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until payment issues are resolved. Promotional offers are subject to change and may be available only for a limited time.

4. Refund Policy: Our refund policy varies based on the type of service. Generally, we offer a 24 hours money-back guarantee for specific hosting services unless otherwise stated. Domain registration, IPV4 rental, and software services are typically non-refundable. Please review individual service agreements for refund eligibility.

5. Service Uptime and Maintenance: While Unifeld Servers strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally cause service interruptions. We will notify customers in advance for planned maintenance and work swiftly to resolve unexpected outages.
